Like a child I can be so happy with beautiful websites with all kinds of fine products. Fill your basket with everything you need to make new recipes and come up with dishes. We don't eat quinoa very often here. If we do it often processed in a salad, for example. But you can also buy puffed quinoa. You often see this on beautiful breakfast bowls. Or as a topping on a smoothie bowl. But you can also very well make these puffed quinoa chocolate Madeleines. A delicious chocolate snack that can be stored in the fridge once you have made it. I don't think they will last very long though. Because they are way too good for that! quinoa recipe
Quinoa (pronounced 'kien-wah') is a grain-like crop native to the Andes region of South America. It is a kind of pseudo-grain, which means that it is not a real grain like wheat or rice, but it is used in the same way. Quinoa is highly nutritious and is a good source of protein, fiber and essential vitamins and minerals. In addition, it is gluten-free, making it suitable for people on a gluten-free diet. Quinoa has a nutty flavor and is versatile in use, for example as a basis for salads, as a substitute for rice or as an addition to soups and stews.

First fill the Madeleine mold with a little of this puffed quinoa mix.
And then a layer of melted fudge, to cover it again with a layer of quinoa mix. As you read, just a very nice recipe that you can really go in all directions with. Or dip the Madeleines after they have solidified in, for example, white chocolate. Then let it set again.
