We use a burrata with these roasted potatoes with burrata. This cheese is a lot softer than mozzarella. You need:

Ingredients:

  • 500 gram mixed potatoes - ( red and yellow baby potatoes )
  • 1 citroen
  • 200 gram burrata
  • 10 hairdresser apples
  • rocket salad
  • 1 el everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 2 el olive oil

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut the potatoes through the middle and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with the bagel herbs and olive oil and toss briefly. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • When they are ready, scoop them into a bowl and squeeze some lemon juice over them.
  • Finish the potatoes by dividing the burrata over them with the caper apples and some arugula.
  • Delicious bites!
