Pumpkin is so delicious! We are going to make this vegetable even tastier with a fine herb mix. Spice that is, which literally means spice in Arabic. this mix has a slightly sweet and spicy taste, which goes perfectly with this lukewarm roasted pumpkin walnut salad. By the way, if there is anything left over, it is also very good to eat cold. We use walnuts that are also perfect for the fall season. We roast them briefly in a frying pan and finally sprinkle them over the salad.
