Today we are going to make roasted tomatoes. Simple dishes. In a world full of choices and so many ingredients, it is sometimes difficult to choose. And this is how you make the roasted tomatoes:

-Take an oven dish and put the cleaned tomatoes in it. So choose different tomatoes to give your dish extra flavor.

Then peel the garlic cloves and cut them into pieces. Add these to the baking dish. Drizzle over some olive oil and grind with a pepper mill some freshly ground pepper.

-Then put it on the grid of the BBQ and grill until the tomatoes pop open slightly.

-Remove the dish (or the oven tin) from the grid and let it cool slightly.

- Finally, add the mozzarella balls and garnish with the fresh basil leaves and some olive oil and pepper.
