Recently I went to a restaurant with my daughter and was inspired by all the delicious ramen dishes.bowls. Because those kinds of dishes are well received here at home anyway, I started working with them. I made a first version and it was very tasty, but due to lack of time and the lack of sunlight outside, I couldn't take a picture of it at the time. There was nothing left for me but to put this noodle bowl on the table again a week later. No protests here, because this bowl also went completely empty after it had first been neatly photographed. noodle bowl recipe noodles

Delicious with an egg with some sesame seeds.

The shiitake mushrooms, which we use in this recipe for the stuffed noodle bowl, are an excellent meat substitute. While you can choose to add chicken or steak, this time we want to stay all vegetarian and omit the meat.

The beauty of shiitake mushrooms is that they have a firm and meaty texture and a rich, earthy flavor. They are also rich in nutrients such as protein, fiber and several vitamins and minerals, making them a healthy choice for vegetarians and carnivores.

A dish from Japan, because that's where the real ramen bowl masters are. The word means pulled noodles. And the nice thing about these soups is that there are an infinite amount of possibilities to prepare them. There is no fixed recipe for noodle bowls and the stock can also differ. So you can eat vegetarian, but chicken broth or beef broth and even fish broth can also be used.

The toppings are fresh vegetables, meat, and often an egg. Top it off with some soy sauce and it's ready to eat your soup. I will definitely make other bowls here because they were well received. Enjoy this filled noodle bowl with shiitakes

  • 6 el fresh soybeans
  • 1 tray shiitake
  • sesame seeds
  • 300 gr spinach

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Take a stockpot and put a liter of water in it, add the stock cubes and cook until the water has become a stock. (for a liter you need 2 cubes)
  • Cut the shiitakes into slices and fry them in a little wok oil in a frying pan and keep them aside until use.
  • Remove the bags of noodles from the packaging and place them in the stock. Because they are compressed, they have to loosen for a moment, otherwise they will break.
  • Spoon the noodles into the bowls with a slotted spoon.
  • Add the spinach to the pan with the remaining stock and allow to soften gently.
  • Boil the eggs in a small pan, soft if you like or hard boiled otherwise.
  • Scoop the spinach from the pan into the noodle bowl on top of the noodles and top with the egg, soybeans, corn on the cob, and shiitakes. Pour the stock from the pan full and serve immediately.
  • Delicious bites!
