Three boxes of strawberries in the fridge stared at me, and really had to be eaten or used in a recipe. Well, I got an inspiration to make a healthier version of strawberry tiramisu. The “normal” version is of course bursting with sugar because of the ladyfingers, and whipped cream, super tasty, but it can all be just a little bit healthier without suddenly being less tasty! This healthier creamy strawberry tiramisu will really amaze you, especially the strawberry coulis that we dip the “ladyfingers” in. The funny thing is that the cake for this and the whipped cream are both from recently published recipes! So is this the whipped cream and the idea comes the cake from this recipe! And how nice is it to make a completely new recipe with it. Get started with this healthier creamy strawberry tiramisu!

Healthy Strawberry Tiramisu | Sugar Free Recipe with Oatmeal
I don't like coffee! Normally you dip the ladyfingers in the espresso and that's how you make a classic tiramisu, but I don't like that. That's why I made a fruit coulis of strawberries with, yes, alcohol-free Martini and pomegranate molasses. We then dip the cake strips in it and put them in the glass. You can taste the hint of Martini, and it really gives a summery fresh taste. Of course it's a bit more work than using ladyfingers and if you really can't do without them, you can of course use them. You just add a lot of extra sugar. The choice is yours!
