This time we make a delicious lasagna recipe that also happens to be gluten-free. I don't have an allergy or intolerance myself, but I happened to come across very nice lasagna sheets. These are made from lentils and corn and are therefore gluten-free. Because of these vegetables they also have a nice color, namely orange. We also use a lot of cheese and a lot of vegetables! All in all, not a complicated recipe. This is only the first classic lasagna recipe on my website, but that will certainly change. So let's get started with this gluten-free lasagna with tomato sauce.
Lasagne has always been a bit of a neglected child because I have been served it several times and those were the real “packets and bags” versions and not very tasty to say the least… That is why I did not really choose it in a restaurant. So I put it aside for years, which is a shame afterwards!
Gluten-free lasagna with tomato sauce
A number of products in this gluten-free lasagna with tomato sauce come from KoRo. A website that delivers plenty of beautiful products in bulk. But don't worry, you can also find a lot of these kind of vegetable pasta sheets in the supermarket these days. So you don't necessarily have to go looking for it. I think the big advantage of bulk delivery is that you have a stock at home and therefore do not have to stock up every time. A lasagna recipe like this is easy to make, super tasty and also great for lunch the next day.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
