You will have noticed that there are quite a few Greek recipes on the website. We can go two ways with this recipe. On the one hand for dessert. On the other hand for breakfast. The stewed pear recipe is very easy. We also make the crumble ourselves. All in all, this Greek yogurt with stewed pear and crumble is a winner. As you are used to from me, it is an easy recipe. We combine Greek and Dutch cuisine. With all the recipes from the Greek kitchen you can now make a top dinner. Tasty side dishes, a nice stew and this dessert.
Greek yogurt with stewed pear and crumble
Greek yogurt has a cottage cheese-like texture. It can contain a fat percentage of 0 to 10%. It is therefore somewhat more lumpy and thicker than full-fat yogurt. You can also get one nice labneh to experience. The stewed pear recipe is described on my site as a Christmas recipe. Of course you can also eat this if it is not Christmas.
It's really just a nice basic recipe. And the crumble can also be used in many ways for other desserts. That way you can also have fun with it yourself. If you make your own variation of it, let me know in the comments. That's the best thing to read!
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.
