You need:

Ingredients:

  • 2 Naan bread - (I use Patak's)
  • ½ cucumber
  • ¼ rode peper
  • 1 p - approx. 200-300g mixed vegetables
  • root
  • 1/2 Eggplant
  • 1 buffalo mozzarella

From the pantry:

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Cut the chosen vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, eggplant etc.) into cubes or slices. Sprinkle with olive oil and grill them for about 10 minutes under a hot oven grill until they are cooked and lightly browned
  • Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.
  • Spread some harissa and tahini on your naan. Cover with the grilled vegetables and place some pieces of buffalo mozzarella on top. Bake the topped naan pizzas in the preheated oven (200°C) for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the edges are golden brown
  • Meanwhile we make the cucumber salad. Take a bowl and put some herb vinegar in it, mix some sweetener (or sugar) with it and then put the cucumber in it and let it soak for a while.
  • Remove the naan's from the oven and serve with the cucumber salad.
  • Delicious bites!
