The recipe for making this quiche is therefore not complicated. You can make it in a quiche shape or in a cast iron pan from Le Creuset, for example, which you also see in the photo. Get started with spices and spiciness. A little more red pepper for some spice if that's your thing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ citroen - (juice of lemon)
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 100 gram flower
  • 150 gram gruyere cheese grated
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 el olive oil

From the pantry:

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
  • Drain the cans of vegetable mix and the tuna, then transfer the contents to a large bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together well. Season with the herbs and salt and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into a quiche tin (or a cast iron pan lined with baking paper) and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it is golden brown on top.
  • Cut the quiche into wedges and serve.
  • Delicious bites!
