Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna in water
- 3 eggs
- ½ citroen - (juice of lemon)
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 100 gram flower
- 150 gram gruyere cheese grated
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 el olive oil
From the pantry:
- 1 can of Tex Mex vegetables
- 4 el Mexican spices
- salt
- peper
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Drain the cans of vegetable mix and the tuna, then transfer the contents to a large bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it all together well. Season with the herbs and salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a quiche tin (or a cast iron pan lined with baking paper) and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it is golden brown on top.
- Cut the quiche into wedges and serve.
