  • 100 gram oatmeal
  • 50 gram almond flour
  • 125 gram butter
  • 30 gram caster sugar
  • 40 gram erythritol
  • ¼ tl salt

The berry filling:

  • 300 gram blueberries - freezer
  • 25 gram cornstarch
  • ½ citroen - squeezed
  • 30 gram erythritol

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.
  • In an oven dish, mix the blueberries with the erythritol, lemon juice, and cornstarch and mix well.
  • Mix the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and use your fingers to knead everything into coarse grains for your crumble.
  • Divide the crumbles over your berry mixture and place the dish in the oven for 35/40 minutes until the crumble is baked golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving, can also be eaten cold.
