- 100 gram oatmeal
- 50 gram almond flour
- 125 gram butter
- 30 gram caster sugar
- 40 gram erythritol
- ¼ tl salt
The berry filling:
- 300 gram blueberries - freezer
- 25 gram cornstarch
- ½ citroen - squeezed
- 30 gram erythritol

And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.
- In an oven dish, mix the blueberries with the erythritol, lemon juice, and cornstarch and mix well.
