  • 4 whole eggs
  • 2 proteins - (we don't use the yolk)
  • 200 gram cottage cheese
  • 100 gram oatmeal flakes
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon erythritol - (sugar substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • maple syrup
  • coconut oil - (for baking)

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Take your food processor and add the eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, oatmeal flakes, the banana, erythritol, and the cinnamon powder. Turn until you have a nice smooth batter.
  • Heat a frying pan on the stove and add a teaspoon of coconut oil.
  • Pour three small soup spoons of batter into the pan and fry the pancakes on both sides. I made a total of 13 small pancakes from this amount of batter.
  • Serve with the blueberries and some maple syrup.
  • Delicious bites!
