Do you like to snack on tasty things and still maintain a very healthy lifestyle? It seems so complicated but it isn't. You just have to teach yourself that there are moments for everything. Teach yourself to say no more often so that you can say yes at the right times. No to sugary cake at work, no to a second helping when you are already full. And especially yes to these delicious oatmeal coconut banana brownies. Should you eat all four? No of course not! You eat one and the rest goes in the fridge.
Oatmeal coconut banana brownies
You can easily prepare these oatmeal coconut banana brownies as a snack to take with you. To work, in the car, to an amusement park. You choose the moment when you want to eat them. Ultimately, you decide what you put in your mouth and whether it is healthier or less healthy. And believe me, these brownies are really not a punishment or a sad alternative to the real thing.
Even my 14 year old daughter loves these brownies, and she is very critical. She likes them much better than the brownies from the store or the bakery. She says they are the best brownies ever because they are so moist, chocolatey. She also likes the crunchy nuts on top. The recipe is very simple and quick to make, and the result is always delicious.
I used sugar-free chocolate chips. You can buy these quite easily online. That saves some calories and they taste very good.
Sugar-free chocolate chips are small pieces of chocolate that contain no added sugars. They are often used for baking, decorating, but also for snacking. Sugar-free chocolate chips can be sweetened with natural sweeteners.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below. Delicious Bites
