Healthy gingerbread nuts

In December, the "delicious" holiday month, we like to snack on pepernoten! This slightly healthier version is certainly no less tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 150 gram oatmeal
  • 50 gram almond flour
  • 1 ei
  • 75 gram melted butter
  • 1 el gingerbread spices
  • 10 ml liquid sweetener

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together and knead into a firm dough.
  • Then make small balls and flatten them. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat until the dough is used up.
  • Place the baking tray in the oven for 18-20 minutes and then let the pepernoten cool slightly.
  • Delicious bites!
They keep well in an airtight container.
