Chocolate cake with zucchini and nuts

And this is how you make the cake:
-Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Then grate the zucchini and let it drain well in a sieve or spin it dry in a salad spinner.
-Melt the coconut oil in a pan.
- Chop the chocolate and nuts finely, set aside in a bowl until use.
- Take a bowl and add the eggs, milk, honey, sugar, coconut oil and cocoa powder. Mix it all together well.
- Then sieve in the almond flour and add the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Then mix it all together again.
-And lastly add the zucchini, and the chopped nuts and chocolate.
-Line a cake tin with baking paper and pour in the batter.
-Place the cake in the oven for about an hour and then let it cool in the pan.
Then cut the cake and enjoy a delicious cake with vegetables hidden in it without you noticing! Delicious happening.

- 80 gram mixed nuts
- 100 gram dark chocolate - 70-90%
- 1 pinch salt
