Naan pizza is easy to make if you buy the naan's in the supermarket, but you can also easily make them yourself. It will cost you a little more time, but you can choose your own herbs and I don't think it is very complicated to bake on the grill. For this recipe I chose to use goat cheese, but that's not everyone's cup of tea. I regularly hear from people that they don't like it at all. You can use cottage cheese or ricotta as a substitute. As delicious as! But because I certainly don't let the goat cheese stand, we get started with this homemade naan pizza with goat cheese.

Many people call naan “naan bread” but that is double because naan already means bread. Traditionally you serve it with clarified butter called "ghee" and the bread really serves as a kind of spoon to scoop your food from a large bowl. Here in Europe we often just eat from our own plate and we don't do "shared dining" as is done in Morocco, India and other Asian countries.
Of course you can easily buy them in the supermarket, but making your own once is also a lot of fun to do. If you want to put a different sauce on your naan instead of the soft goat cheese, choose this blackberry sauce it also fits very well!
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

Ingredients:
- 2 to stick prosciutto
- 20 tal blackberries
- fresh mint
- fresh thyme
- goat cheese balls from Bettine
- 1 tub soft goat cheese from Chavroux
- honey
For the naan pizzas you will need:
- 200 gr self-raising flour
- 150 gr Greek yoghurt
- 4 gr salt
- persillade spice mix
- olive oil
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees and heat your grill device.
- Take a bowl and put the flour with the yogurt and the salt in it. Mix it together and knead it into a nice dough. It will be a bit sticky. Then divide the dough in half. Drizzle some olive oil on your work surface and roll out the dough into two nice naan pizzas. Spread some olive oil over the top with your fingers and then sprinkle with the persillade.
- Place the spice side down on the hot grill. You can also sprinkle some herbs on top. I have not closed my device. You see the dough rise very nicely before your eyes and a really nice sandwich is created before your eyes. Cook for about 2 minutes on both sides. Then place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Put a few tablespoons of the soft goat cheese in a bowl and mix in some honey. Spread this on the naan's.
- Divide the blackberries, proscuitto, and some thyme leaves over the naan's and bake in the oven for a minute or 2/3.
- Garnish with the fresh mint and goat cheese balls.
- Delicious bites!
