-First preheat the oven to 220 degrees

-In a food processor, add all the ingredients listed except the olive oil and then mix until smooth, then add the olive oil and mix again for an extra creamy texture. The shallot gives this pesto a spicy undertone that is perfectly balanced with the other flavors, making it a delicious addition to various dishes.   • 2 small tomatoes
  • 6 balls mini mozzarella
  • 4 great hairdressers
