A very tasty product has come onto the market and that is the pizza bases from Magioni. These are based on cauliflower and that makes them a lot healthier and, according to my daughter, also much tastier… I made a Homemade red pesto Magioni pizza with it, you make this pesto yourself because you certainly don't have to buy it in a jar. The pizza is made in no time and you can put a pizza with real taste on the table.
So this is actually a two-in-one recipe, pesto and pizza!

And this is how you make it:
-First preheat the oven to 220 degrees
-In a food processor, add all the ingredients listed except the olive oil and then mix until smooth, then add the olive oil and mix again for an extra creamy texture. The shallot gives this pesto a spicy undertone that is perfectly balanced with the other flavors, making it a delicious addition to various dishes. This pesto is not only versatile, but also full of flavor and nutrients. You can store the leftover pesto in the refrigerator in a well-sealed jar for about a week, so that you can use it again later as a flavoring for pasta, on sandwiches or as a dip for vegetables.
Then we start making the pizza.
-Take the #Magioni pizza bases and spread a nice layer of red pesto on it, then sprinkle the grated cheese on it.
- Cut the mozzarella ball into small pieces and divide it on the 2 bottoms, on top of the grated cheese, then put them in the oven for 12 minutes.
-When they are ready, top them with a mini caprese salad: tomato, mini mozzarella balls and the large capers, and finally the prosciutto paste.
