A side dish that is on my table every year at Christmas Brussels sprouts! Sometimes just cooked with bacon on the side, other times I stir-fry them. It is also definitely one of my favorite flavors when it comes to salad dressings. You need:

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr sprouts
  • 4 el dried cranberries
  • 2 el chopped almonds
  • 2 el yellow mustard
  • 3 el acacia honey
  • 1 tl sea ​​salt

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Peel the sprouts and rinse them briefly, you can of course buy already cleaned ones. Halve the sprouts.
  • Put a little olive oil in the frying pan and stir-fry the sprouts for about 5 minutes, stirring so that they do not burn.
  • Now add the mustard and acacia honey and stir well through the sprouts so that there is a layer all over. Cover with a lid and let it caramelize slightly over low heat.
  • After a few minutes, remove the lid and check if they are al dente. Add the cranberries and almonds and fry them over high heat for another minute or two. Then put in a bowl and sprinkle the sea salt over it.
  • Delicious bites!
