Ingredients:
- 600 ml Full Milk
- 100 gram dark chocolate
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 250 gram sugar
- 1 vanilla
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Heat the whipped cream and milk in a pan
- Then add the inside of the vanilla pod, the vanilla pod and the sugar
- Cook on low heat for 5 minutes and stir well with a whisk.
- Then let cool completely
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it run for at least 45 minutes
- In the meantime, chop the chocolate into pieces and add it in the last minute.
- Scoop the ice cream into a container and let it rest in the freezer for at least 2 hours before eating it.
