Letting your chicken marinate for a few hours or overnight does wonders for the taste. Especially if you use delicious, intense spices such as garam masala. And of course also for the color of your dish, isn't it great to have some color on the table? This chicken was very popular here and it is also a dish that you can vary with. All in all, this yoghurt-marinated chicken curry will definitely be on the table again, with or without other herbs and spices.

What do you serve with this yogurt marinated chicken curry? Well rice is a good idea anyway, tasty papadums, sweet and sour vegetables, naan and stewed spicy vegetables are also great. The advantage of a curry like this is that if there is any leftover you can easily freeze it. Always nice to have some leftovers in your freezer for those busy days. Will you let me know in the comments how you enjoyed it?

Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

  • In another frying pan, fry the marinated chicken pieces until they have a nice brown exterior, may even be a little blackened.
