Italian pollo alla cacciatora/cacciatore: hunter's chicken! We are going to make a delicious Italian stew with chicken. For this we travel to beautiful Tuscany. It is not without reason that this region is known for its Burgundian cuisine. A hunter's stew of chicken.

Chicken meat is known for its tender texture and short cooking time, making it an excellent choice for a quick stew. This particular stew does not require the meat to simmer for hours; You can have a delicious dish on the table within just an hour. You retain flexibility in cooking methods, because you can choose to braise the dish in the oven or, for a smoky taste, even on the barbecue.
