Of course, not every recipe that comes here on my website is a brand new recipe. Usually my own version of a classic if I choose it. This time we make an Italian coffee with whipped cream. But we replace the regular amaretto for an alcohol-free version. This way you can suddenly pour a very special cup of coffee with your morning newspaper, or around coffee time in the afternoon. Add a nice piece of cantucci and your day is made. My daughter loves coffee and whipped cream so she was quick to try this…. a delicious italian coffee recipe

Yes yes, do you think all that “mocktail” stuff is just a hassle… then you just pour normal amaretto of course. Logically you can just alternate the two. Personally, I just think it's great that even if you're a teetotaller or just want to drink a little less alcohol, you can get the virgin version of it. We are now living in 2023, aren't we?
Beautifully captured in sunlight, how the whipped cream slowly mixes with the coffee and amaretti. Enjoy your glass and enjoy it for a moment! The warm rays of the sun embrace the scene, while the delicious aromas of coffee and amaretti spread.
The slow mixing process creates a visual spectacle that tantalizes the taste buds before the first sip has been taken. A true pleasure for all the senses, this moment of refined indulgence.
