One of my nicest collaborations is with my regular herb supplier. They are also very innovative and make the tastiest herb mixes. When I can take new photos again, I often ask which mixes can play the leading role and this time it was Jamaican Jerk. This mix is often made with chicken and as soon as you open the jar a wonderful smell greets you. We marinate the chicken and let it sit in the refrigerator overnight. The next day we only need one pan for this Jamaican jerk chicken with rice and your rice dish will be on the table in a relatively short time! Delicious jamaican jerk chicken.

The Jamaican Jerk spice mix is a bit spicy but also very spicy. It contains garlic, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, thyme and pepper. You rub it on your chicken legs or thighs, add a little olive oil and then let it marinate overnight in the refrigerator. The creaminess of the rice is due to the coconut milk we use together with the chicken stock.
