Ingredients:

  • 600 gram cod fillets - ( 4 pieces)
  • 1 yellow zucchini
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 400 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 shallots - XNUMX onion - shredded
  • 150 gram green olives
  • 400 ml tomato sauce
  • 400 gram White rice
  • 1 el dille
  • 1 el fish herbs
  • 2 el capers
  • peper
  • salt

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Cut the zucchini into slices and chop the shallots.
