I already gave you the recipes for a whole turkey from the oven and the tastiest cranberry sauce here, so I now come up with a delicious recipe to combine the leftovers of these two delicacies and make a lunch with this. Because believe me this turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce will make your mouth water. This way you can use your leftovers from the Christmas days nicely and nothing ends up in the trash. Because I am involved with food on a daily basis, and I try to come up with new recipes in all kinds of ways, I think it is important to throw away as little as possible. Very occasionally there is something about the date, but that is not often. And then often what you want to throw away is still very good to eat. The best before date on many packages is, in my opinion, very strict. Now let's get started with the turkey sandwich recipe.

Would you like more good ideas to combat waste? I have a few tips for you that you could use to prevent waste: For example, you can consider using food scraps in new meals, or recycling products in creative projects. In addition, awareness of your consumption pattern is also essential.
Make a weekly menu and shopping list like I've done for years. That saves a lot of individual purchases that eventually end up in the trash.
At the end of the month, dig out your freezer and pantry. See how many days you can fill with that!
Put your fridge a little colder, preferably at 4 degrees with this food will stay good for much longer! I myself have a refrigerator with a 0-degree compartment, so vegetables sometimes stay good for up to a month after purchase.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

Ingredients:
- 1 bake off ciabatta
- 6 to stick goat cheese
- handful spinach leaves
- Cranberrysauce
- 300 gram turkey (fillet)
- mustard-mayonnaise
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- We first make the mustard mayonnaise. You can do this by making the recipe from my website. Or you can take a bowl and add 5 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp mustard and beat until everything is well mixed.
- Thinly slice the left-over turkey.
- Preheat your oven to 210 degrees and bake the ciabatta until nice and golden brown in 10-12 minutes. Then cut it open lengthwise.
- Spread the bottom layer with the mustard mayo and place a layer of spinach on top.
- Then put a layer with the goat cheese on top and spread with cranberry sauce.
- Place a layer of turkey slices on top and then build the sandwich again with these layers.
- Place the top on the bun and cut into 3 or 4 pieces, insert a skewer and serve.
- Delicious bites!
