For example, you can peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes and then make a puree with it. And you can use this puree in this recipe, for example cinnamon pumpkin bread with raisins.

Ingredients:
- 450 gr bottle gourd - cubes
- 75 gr raisins - dark
- 1 el cinnamon powder
- 1 el biscuit spices
- 2 el peanut butter
- 3 medium eggs
- 250 gr spelled flour
- 1 bag baking powder
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Peel your butternut squash and cut into small cubes, take your scale and weigh 450 grams. The rest can be frozen or used for another recipe.
- Take a pan and cook the cubes for 10-15 minutes. Drain and let drain.
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Take your food processor and add all the ingredients on the list and also add the soft pumpkin cubes. Turn it all into a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into your silicone mold. I greased it with some butter first. Place in your oven and bake for 40 minutes.
- Let the bread cool down and then remove it from the mould.
- Delicious bites!
