Ingredients:
- 1 package of smoked duck breast (150 gr)
- 1 sweet apple
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 150 gram ricotta cheese
- 1 tl cinnamon powder
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Core the apple and cut it into cubes. Take your frying pan and put a little butter in it. Bake the apples for a few minutes until they are soft. Sprinkle the cinnamon over the apples.
- Spoon some ricotta into the glasses first. Sprinkle some thyme leaves on it. Put some apple cubes on this.
- Remove the fat from the duck breast. Arrange four slices in a row. A small piece should overlap on the other piece. Roll it up into a rose. Place the rose on the apples and open it slightly.
