You need:

Ingredients:

  • 200 gram kidney beans
  • 200 gram chickpeas
  • 10 pickles - finely chopped
  • 1 shallot - XNUMX onion - shredded
  • ½ can of roasted peppers - finely chopped
  • 15 black olives - finely chopped
  • 3 fresh parsley sprigs - chopped
  • 1 can of corn - leaked

For the vinaigrette:

  • 4 el olive oil
  • 3 el Red wine vinegar
  • salt
  • peper
  • ½ tl chili powder

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Take a measuring cup and add all the ingredients for the vinaigrette in it. Beat vigorously, I often use an empty jar with a lid so that you can shake really hard just before use and then pour the vinaigrette on the salad.
  • Chop / cut all vegetables from the list above fine / into cubes.
  • Remove the kidney beans and chickpeas from the bag or can and rinse briefly under the tap in a colander. Drain and then put in a bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Drizzle the vinaigrette on top.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  • Serve as lunch, side dish or light meal.
