Ingredients:

  • 500 gram chicken breast - (4 fillets)
  • 400 gram green beans
  • 400 gram potatoes
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • 1 tl French mustard
  • 1 tl mustard
  • salt
  • peper
  • 1 el chicken seasoning

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Clean the green beans, cut off the ends and cook them in a pan with some salt. Peel the potatoes and cook them in another pan with some salt.
  • Season the chicken fillets with the herbs. (I always do this the night before and then store the chicken in a bowl in the refrigerator to marinate well).
  • Fry the chicken fillets with some olive oil in a frying pan over medium to low heat so that they do not become too dry and can cook quietly.
  • When the chicken is done, add the two types of mustard to the pan and fry briefly. Add the cooking cream and let it boil for a while and use a ladle to stir the sauce around the chicken fillet.
  • Drain the potatoes and haricots verts and spoon onto plates. Add a chicken fillet and spoon the sauce onto the plates.
  • Delicious bites!
