The nice thing about this recipe is that you can make it very easily with a few simple ingredients. All you need is chicken breast, pineapple, roma tomatoes, sweet soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. You marinate the chicken breast and the pineapple in a mixture of sweet soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. You then thread them alternately on skewers with the roma tomatoes. You then bake them in a grill pan, a frying pan or an oven until they are done and brown. And your chicken snacks are ready!

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1 box Roma tomatoes
- ½ citroen - juice of half a

- 1 teaspoon Paprika powder
- 1 Pineapple
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teen Garlic - squeezed

And this is how you make it:
- Preheat the oven to 120 degrees
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes in half and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flat side up. Then sprinkle some salt and sugar over them and drizzle with olive oil. Place the tomatoes in the oven and let them dry for an hour.
- While the tomatoes are drying, cut the chicken breast into cubes and place in a bowl, then add all the spices and the lemon juice, oil and honey. Let the chicken breast cubes marinate for the remaining time that the tomatoes are in the oven.
- When the hour is up, take out the tomatoes and increase the oven temperature to 180 degrees. After heating, bake the chicken cubes on another baking tray in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Then you can make nice skewers with the pineapple and basil leaves.
