  • 100 gram bacon slices

  • 2 garlic cloves - finely chopped
  • 250 ml cooking cream
  • 250 ml chicken bouillon
  • 75 gram grated Parmesan cheese

  • Cut the bacon slices into pieces and fry them crispy in the frying pan. Then take them out and set them aside on a plate.

  • Fry the onion and garlic in the remaining fat in the pan for a few minutes. Pour the stock and cream into the pan and bring to the boil. Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and let the spinach wilt.
  • Meanwhile, cook some pasta, such as orzo.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese, chicken and bacon and mix well. If the sauce is too thin, make a paste of 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of cold water. Stir this into the hot sauce and let it simmer briefly until the desired thickness is reached. If necessary, add extra Parmesan cheese for binding and flavour
