There are already quite a few recipes with chicken thighs on my site. I personally like this piece of meat better than the chicken fillet. Some people worry about the fat that is on the meat, but that just gives it more flavor! If you fry them properly, the meat will melt away in your pan and it will give your dish just that little bit more flavor. In this case we first bread the thighs before we fry them. This chicken thigh in spicy butter sauce has a spicy touch because we add red jalapeño peppers to the sauce. Read on quick!
Chicken thigh in spicy butter sauce
Do you like a little spice in your food? Then the red jalapeño pepper is for you! This pepper is the ripe variety of the green jalapeño, and has a sweeter and sharper taste. The red jalapeño is delicious in combination with chicken thigh, because it gives the meat an extra kick.
I served this dish with pasta. You can choose orzo, gnocchi or spaghetti, but potatoes are also possible. It is delicious with a fresh salad and then you enjoy it as if you were eating in a restaurant. Add some crusty bread for a complete meal. It's simply delicious!
Moreover, you can experiment with different types of sauces to give the dish even more variety. Consider, for example, a creamy tomato sauce, a spicy arrabbiata or a creamy pesto sauce. The great thing is that you can create a different taste experience every time. Serve all this with a good glass of wine to finish it off. Enjoy your meal!
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you enjoy preparing the dish below. Delicious Happen!

- Heat a frying pan (or frying pan) and add a dash of olive oil, place the chicken thighs in the pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown. (so done). Then remove them from the pan and set aside on a plate.
