To keep it a bit healthy, I made a nice piece of chicken breast with fresh vegetables this time. This chicken fan with French fries is super easy, ready in no time and also very tasty. -Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

- Take a baking tin and line it with baking paper and set aside. Take the chicken breasts and place them on a cutting board. Cut the chicken breasts in but not all the way through. About an inch apart.

-Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin strips, including the salami. Now fill each cut with a piece of vegetable or with the salami. Drizzle over some olive oil and sprinkle with the garlic powder and the persillade.

- Carefully place the chicken breasts on the baking tray and sprinkle with the grated cheese and the mozzarella cubes.

- Then slide the baking pan into the oven and bake the chicken breasts nicely cooked in 20/25 minutes.

-Keep an eye on the time and meanwhile you can fry the fries to a nice golden brown. Drain well and sprinkle with a little more salt if needed.
