Ingredients:
- 5 tomatoes - ripe
- 1 cucumber
- 1 blok Feta
- 15 kalamata olives
- 1 Red onion
- 1 green pepper
From the pantry:
- olive oil
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- peper
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Wash the tomatoes, green pepper and cucumber.
- Cut the tomatoes into cubes, the cucumber into slices and the onion into half rings.
- Clean the peppers by removing the seeds. Then cut it into strips.
- Take your bowl and put all the vegetables in it. Drizzle over the olive oil and wine vinegar. Optionally add some pepper.
- Finish the salad with the capers, feta and olives.
