You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tin can frankfurter
  • 2 sheets puff pastry - thaws
  • 1 ei - knocked loose
  • 3 el sesame seeds
  • 1 blok cheese

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Prick the frankfurters on a skewer and wrap a strip of defrosted puff pastry around it.
  • Beat the egg and brush the puff pastry with it, then roll in a bowl with the sesame seeds.
  • Place on a wire rack and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Cut a piece from a block of cheese and cut triangles out of it and stick them on the skewer.
  • To serve, you can stick the flares in a potato lined with aluminum foil.
