-First wash the pak choi and remove the leaves. Then dry them well and set them aside until you are going to use them.

-Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.

-Take a small bowl and put the butter in it, melt it briefly in the oven and remove the container with an oven glove! Then add the 3 finely chopped garlic cloves, the turmeric and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Then mix everything well until you have a smooth sauce.

- Take a baking dish and grease the bottom. Place the pangasius fillets on top. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the fillets. If you want it spicier, sprinkle some chili flakes on top. With a spoon, spoon the butter sauce onto the fish and make sure that the whole fish is nicely covered with it.

-Put the dish with pangasius fillet in the oven and bake the fillets for about 15 minutes.

-While the fish is frying, we prepare the pak choi. Take a large frying pan and add a little olive oil. put the loose pak choi in the pan and fry them on high heat. Then add a tablespoon of soy sauce and let them steam for a while.

-In a small frying pan you put some sprigs of samphire and heat them for 2 to 3 minutes with a little bit of olive oil.

-I bought a bag of pre-cooked lentils/spelt/pericarp rice at the fresh department of the supermarket. It only takes a minute in the microwave. pangasius fillet recipe

The final step in preparing this dish is time to take out the plates and arrange the fish nicely. Carefully place the pangasius fillet on the plate and garnish it with a handful of samphire. Also add some pak choi and the rice mix to the plate to complete the meal. To give the dish some extra flavor, you can drizzle a small dash of Ketjap sendeng over it.
