Kohlrabi and tuber soup

Are you looking for a tasty and healthy soup? Then try this kohlrabi and turnip soup filled with "forgotten vegetables". In addition to kohlrabi, this recipe also uses fennel bulb and celeriac. Kohlrabi is a root vegetable that grows above ground and usually has a beautiful light green color, but is also available in purple. Unfortunately, this color disappears after peeling, leaving the green and purple varieties looking the same. The taste of kohlrabi is fresh and radish-like, which, together with the anise-like taste of fennel, makes for a wonderfully fragrant soup.

It's great to see forgotten vegetables finding their way back into the modern kitchen, where they are incorporated into creative new recipes. This provides an excellent opportunity to add nutritious and healthy vegetables to our daily meals. This soup is perfect for the cold days and is also completely vegetarian. So why wait? Try this tasty kohlrabi and tuber soup and enjoy the delicious flavors of forgotten vegetables!
