You need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 150 gram salmon
  • 100 gram pink shrimp
  • mixed salad
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • olives
  • tomatoes
  • chicory
  • grilled bell pepper

For the bulgur salad

  • 150 gram bulghur
  • 50 gram soaked raisins
  • 2 twigs fresh mint
  • peper
  • salt

And this is how you make it:

  • Prepare the bulgur as stated on the package. Here you will find exactly how much water you need for the number of grams of bulgur. Meanwhile, place the raisins in a bowl of lukewarm water. Remove the leaves from the mint sprigs and chop finely.
  • Season the bulgur with salt and pepper and stir in the soaked raisins and mint. Mix well.
  • Boil the eggs.
  • Take a large serving bowl and spoon the bulgur salad in the middle.
  • Drain the tuna.
  • Dress up the bowl with some lettuce and top it up with the rest of the ingredients from the list. For example, make chicory boats with the shrimp. You can add some garlic sauce if you like.
