- Then peel the apple and remove the core. Then cut into thin wedges, you can remove the skin if you prefer.

-Place the apple wedges on top and sprinkle a little cinnamon on the mascarpone and then place one currant bread on top of the other.

-Place the sandwiches on the grill or in the sandwich rack and close it well.

- Let it grill for a few minutes until it is nicely browned.

Finally, cut the Grilled cheese sandwich diagonally and serve them on a nice plate: Delicious bites!

Variation possibilities:

You can also serve this sandwich as a dessert, then spoon a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream on the sandwich and mix some extra mascarpone with whipped cream into a firm whipped cream. Spoon this onto the plate and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon on top.
