-Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Take the molds and put the tortillas in it. I bought these trays over the internet and they are super handy! When the oven is warm, place the trays in it for about 5 minutes and bake the tortillas until nice and crispy and light brown.

So if you take the trouble to buy these in advance, you can also stack them nicely because they fit together nicely.

- Grab a frying pan and put the minced meat in it, season with the Tex-Mex herbs. Brown the minced meat and if there is too much fat in the pan, you can drain it for a while and then put the minced meat back in the pan. Then add the corn and chili beans and stir to combine. Your minced meat mix is ​​then ready.

-To make a nice easy guacamole, first chop a red onion, cut a tomato into small cubes and put it in a bowl. Add some lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop a small clove of garlic and add it together with the avocado. Mash the whole into a delicious fresh guacamole.

-Finally take the tortilla bowls and put a layer of iceberg lettuce in them first. Then fill it up with the minced meat mix and a few spoons of guacamole.
