Today we are going to make delicious fresh Broccoli leek soup. When I'm cold I like to warm myself up with a delicious warm soup. But even when it's hot in the summer, a soup is very tasty and easy to make. It takes little time and you get plenty of vitamins. Why make it difficult when it can be easy right? Since there is always a sprout of broccoli or leek in my vegetable drawer, a delicious soup is on the table in no time and can be eaten! Let's start preparing the recipe

Broccoli leek soup

This is what you need for a pan of delicious soup:
-300 gram broccoli
-1 leek
-500 ml stock (from cube)
-pepper
-cake

How to make broccoli soup

- For the broccoli leek soup, cut the broccoli into small florets and then the leek into thin strips.
- Take a large stockpot and put some butter in it. Then fry the leek, then add the broccoli florets and fry them briefly.
-Add 500 ml water and a stock cube and let the soup simmer gently for 20/25 minutes.
- Puree the broccoli leek soup with a hand blender until you have a nice smooth soup and season the soup with some pepper.
