Tasty drunk spaghetti

Nice lunch dish with a lot of taste. And no of course the spaghetti is not really drunk and you will not be either. But the wine in this recipe gives the pasta a lot of flavor. So don't just use any wine, but choose one with a full, round taste. Of course the alcohol dissipates when it is cooked, but the color sets in the spaghetti strands. And so it looks like a bit of tasty drunk spaghetti. The cheese we use is a Pecorino. This one also has a nice sharp taste and fits well with it. If you want to serve this as a main course, you could fry some chanterelles and, for example, a piece of meat. spaghetti recipe

And this is how you make the tasty drunk spaghetti:

-Take a large pan and boil about 2 liters of water. Add salt to the water and your spaghetti will taste all the better.

-In the pan of boiling water, put the spaghetti and cook it for 4 minutes, then drain and add the drained strings to the frying pan. Pour in the wine and toss it all together so that all the strings absorb the wine well. (This is allowed on a slightly higher heat). Season with salt and pepper. When the spaghetti is “al dente”, drain it in the colander.

-In a large deep frying pan, put 3/4 tablespoons of olive oil and place over low heat. Cut the garlic cloves into quarters and add them to the olive oil and add the chili flakes. Let this cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes so that the garlic does not burn.

Drunken spaghetti:

Now take the plates or bowls and add the spaghetti, sprinkle with some more olive oil and garnish with the grated Pecorino and chopped parsley. Serve with a nice glass of red wine, the same as you chose to get your spaghetti “drunk”.
