Tasty salmon snacks, very festive!

Sometimes I get a request to, for example, come up with or make a recipe with a certain vegetable or certain wish. For example, I was asked to make some low-calorie snacks or snacks. Well, these tasty salmon snacks meet that. You can make them separately as an amuse-bouche for the holidays or a party at home. Or you can make all three and serve it as a nice light appetizer with dinner. And certainly later on New Year's Eve, they won't look out of place on a festive table. Salmon is a fatty fish but certainly not bad for you and the herb cheese I used is from Philadelphia. And this is how you make the tasty salmon snacks:

-The cucumber roll: Take a cheese slicer and cut long horizontal slices. Then smear the slice with some Philadelphia and place strips of salmon on it. Place a bunch of lamb's lettuce on the salmon and carefully roll it up. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top, if desired.

-The chicory boat: Make a tasty dressing with all the ingredients of the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Then cut off the bottom of the chicory, it is very bitter. Place a slice of salmon in each boat. Chop the shallot and sprinkle some on the salmon. Then, with a teaspoon, spoon some dressing on top and garnish with some small capers.

The salmon roll: Using a small cutter, cut circles out of the low-carb bread (you can also cut the bread into quarters and make small square stacks). Spread some creamy Philadelphia on the rolls. Then place a few slices of avocado and a thin slice of salmon on top. To give the dish an extra luxurious look, fold a beautiful rose of salmon on the top. Garnish this with some sesame seeds and rings of spring onion, which not only makes for an attractive presentation, but also for a delicious combination of flavours that will absolutely amaze your guests.
