If you like tasty and colorful dishes, then this Lebanese bread with spicy chicken is for you. A true fusion dish is this Lebanese bread with spicy chicken. With herbs and ingredients from all over the world. For example, you use cumin, paprika powder, coriander, yogurt, lime and avocado. Not difficult to make at all but with an instant "wow" effect. Try this Lebanese bread recipe hot chicken.
The colors and the presentation on such a large scale make you want to attack right away. I did not make the Lebanese bread in this dish myself, but bought it in the supermarket. It is a thin and soft flatbread that you can fill or dip.
By the way, Lebanese cuisine is considered the most refined in the Arab world. The different influences of the surrounding countries make it a very diverse kitchen. You will find dishes with meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, nuts and grains.
We start with the chicken, as has been said before, if you prepare and marinate it a day in advance, it will only improve the taste. Cut the chicken into small strips or cubes and put them in a bowl. Pour a little olive oil over it. Season with the za'atar, paprika powder, piri piri, and a little salt and pepper and let it marinate.
Cut the bell pepper into pieces or into rings (I had colored pointed peppers).
Make an avocado dip from the avocados. Remove the skin from the avocados and put them in your food processor with a little lime juice, a cleaned clove of garlic, pepper, salt and some parsley and whiz until smooth. If you turn too far you really get a mousse so stop every now and then and see how far you are.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees
When the oven is hot, take a baking tin and place the bell pepper on it, drizzle some olive oil on it and put it in the oven for 15/20 minutes until the bell pepper is soft.
While the bell pepper is in the oven, we fry the chicken pieces in a pan with some olive oil.
Lebanese bread with spicy chicken
Take a large serving bowl and scoop the chicken and bell pepper on it. The bread only needs to be heated at 1 degrees for 200 minute, so you really do that just before serving.
Serve the acovado dip loose in a small bowl and squeeze some lime juice over the meat. Garnish with the parsley and then: Delicious bites!
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the dish below.

This is about mango. I was also looking for a chicken-mango recipe and also came across your recipe. But I could not find the mango anymore. I will add the mango to try it out. I am very curious about the result. Groceries are in the house. In the kitchen this afternoon!
