It's Friday again and this time we are making a delicious dessert cocktail. My father always loved an Irish Whiskey and regularly ordered it at the end of a nice dinner. But you can also make these types of drinks at home. Especially with autumn approaching, this liqueur dessert cocktail with ice will do well. Still a bit of the golden glow of summer with the vanilla ice cream and the warm taste of the liqueur that draws us into autumn.

As you can clearly see in the photos, I used Licor43, but that can of course also be another liqueur. Amaretto, Grand Marnier, Drambuie, or even a good cognac. It just depends on what you have in your closet or what you prefer. If you want to make it 0,0%, you can now also opt for an alcohol-free liqueur!
All in all a beautiful cocktail that you serve after a nice dinner. But it can also be served on a cold Sunday afternoon to warm yourself up! This cocktail is ideal for different occasions and always creates a festive atmosphere.
Imagine this: you are sitting around the fireplace with friends, it is cold outside, and you are enjoying this delicious drink. Or maybe you are home alone, under a warm blanket with your favorite book, while the rain taps against the windows. Whatever the situation, this cocktail always offers a moment of pure enjoyment.
Here you will find the complete recipe with all the ingredients you need. I hope you have fun preparing the cocktail below. Cheers!

We mix and match all kinds of delicious liqueurs and make fantastic combinations! This drink may resemble an “Irish” or “Italian” coffee. Every week we shake a nice drink from the shaker, or pour it, because that is also possible! I have several nice coffee cocktails. Take another look below:
