You need:

Ingredients:

  • 800 gram lima beans - ( 2 cans )
  • 300 gram minced beef
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 400 gram tomato pulp - (mutti)
  • 100 ml past
  • 250 gram spinach
  • 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella

Herbs and spices:

And this is how you make it:

  • Chop the onion and garlic cloves.
  • Take your frying pan and add a dash of olive oil. Saute the onion until translucent, then add the garlic. Add the tomato puree and cook for a while. Add the mincemeat and stir the mincemeat for a few minutes.
  • Place the spinach on top and let it wilt while stirring. Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and add them.
  • Season with the persillade, paprika, pepper, salt, and then pour in the tomato pulp and passata. Stir it all together well.
