You need:

a bowl to mix in

Ingredients:

  • 100 gr almond flour
  • 2 eggs - scrambled
  • 40 gr butter - molten
  • 1 tl baking powder
  • 40 gr Zusto (sugar substitute)
  • loose almonds for decoration

Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.

And this is how you make it:

  • Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
  • Take the bowl and beat the eggs in it first. Then add the baking powder and mix again until completely incorporated. Then the melted butter and the Zusto and finally the almond flour. Season with a little cinnamon powder, do not shake the jar too wildly, otherwise this taste will dominate.
  • Grab an oven dish, I had one of about 15 by 20 cm. Put a piece of baking paper in it and butter it a little. Pour or scoop the batter into the baking dish with a spatula and decorate with the loose almonds.
  • Place in the oven for 20/25 minutes until the top is nicely browned, but not too dark.
  • Remove from oven and let cool, then remove from dish and cut off a piece, success guaranteed!
