Can you stuff yourself with these kinds of cakes now or just use almond flour? The answer is definitely: NO! Almond flour consists of: yes almonds and when you eat this in flour form you get a lot of almonds. So keep in mind that if you were to eat them separately, you would almost eat an entire bag and you probably wouldn't normally do that. And there are quite a few calories in nuts.
While it may be tempting to indulge in the sweet delight of this delicious cake, control is key. After all, it is advisable to enjoy only a small part of it. Fortunately, this tasty treat can be kept fresh for several days in the refrigerator after baking, making it ideal for enjoying daily. Ingredients:
- 100 gr almond flour
- 2 eggs - scrambled
- 40 gr butter - molten
- 1 tl baking powder
- 40 gr Zusto (sugar substitute)
- loose almonds for decoration

And this is how you make it:
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees
- Take the bowl and beat the eggs in it first. Then add the baking powder and mix again until completely incorporated. Then the melted butter and the Zusto and finally the almond flour. Season with a little cinnamon powder, do not shake the jar too wildly, otherwise this taste will dominate.
- Grab an oven dish, I had one of about 15 by 20 cm. Put a piece of baking paper in it and butter it a little. Pour or scoop the batter into the baking dish with a spatula and decorate with the loose almonds.
- Place in the oven for 20/25 minutes until the top is nicely browned, but not too dark.
- Remove from oven and let cool, then remove from dish and cut off a piece, success guaranteed!
