Grab your food processor and add all the wet ingredients. Mix it all until smooth.

The baking process of the Low carb blueberry bundt cakes generally went smoothly and without any problems, except for one small thing. While filling the molds I was a bit too enthusiastic, so the batter was a bit too full and rose from the molds during baking. This gave the bottoms of the turban cakes a slight bulge. Nevertheless, the result of the cakes turned out well and this delicious and healthy delicacy could still be enjoyed.

Don't scoop too full, I put just a little too much in it, so they are a bit bulging at the bottom...

Heavily rejected by the professional baker probably, but hey I don't claim to be that anyway so we quickly ate a few after they cooled down.

The blueberry in the Low carb blueberry turban cakes is a different berry than the blueberry. Although they look very similar, they are definitely a different species. More and more blueberries are being grown in the Netherlands. They are becoming increasingly popular in, for example, breakfasts or for smoothies. Dear Francine,

I want to make this recipe, but I just don't have any small bundt cake tins.
Do you know a good alternative for this?

    Greetings,

    Josephina

Thanks for your quick response. Another question; if I want to replace Zùsto with regular sugar, will the amount stay the same?

        Greetings,

        Josephina

        1. That is only possible then it becomes a lot sweeter and you take away the purpose of these cakes a bit…. it is actually a healthier version. You can also choose another sugar substitute. Gr Francine
