These keto cheese waffles are my favorite lunch option when I'm craving something savory and healthy! Waffles are of course super tasty, but unfortunately not necessarily very healthy. I have now found a solution for that. By the way, you shouldn't stuff yourself with these waffles because everything in moderation. But these savory low carb keto basil cheese waffles are very tasty! The kitchen smelled like melted cheese while baking, a typical smell that can make your mouth water. I used three different grated cheeses myself, which gives the waffles even more flavor. Especially because one of the cheeses is the deliciously spicy gruyère cheese. It is low carb because we don't use flour but almond flour, and that also contains no gluten.
