Ingredients:
- 300 gram chicken thigh
- 100 gram grated mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 35 gram almond flour
- fresh flat-leaf parsley
From the pantry:
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- peper
- salt
Nice and easy: click on the logo of your favorite supermarket to add the ingredients.
And this is how you make it:
- Cut the chicken thigh into pieces, don't have to be very fine, the food processor does the rest.
- Add everything to your food processor and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Turn on the machine and turn until you have a kind of minced meat.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on your counter, with your hand remove a small amount from the bowl of the food processor and form a burger.
- Repeat until the whole bowl is empty, I took out about 10.
- Heat your frying pan and pour in a little olive oil, fry the burgers on both sides for a minute or 3/4 until the chicken is cooked. Do you want to know for sure? Then cut one in the middle to check.
